“Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” will not please everyone, but it undoubtedly serves as an emotionally-fulfilling and truly spectacular conclusion for the whole Guardians family.
“Jurassic World Dominion” is a technical success, but not much else
While it may not be top-tier Pixar, falling somewhere in the middle, “Onward” hits all of the required marks for success – from the trademark stunning animation to the instantly likable characters, and of course, its deeply moving emotional measures.
While the return to the Lego universe may not feel as groundbreaking and creative as the first journey, its charm and entertaining self-awareness are as present as ever. Mix in a few fun musical numbers and a genuine, heartfelt message and it makes for an exciting trip to the theater.
